This bakery offers many different products such as: sourdough leavened bread (baguette, rye, farmhouse loaf), organic preferment bread (rye, spelt, Kamut, olives, integral, maple syrup and raisins, herbes de Provence). As well as, cream and maple sugar pies, croissants, chocolatines, brioches. Breakfast, “meal in a bowl” soups and lunch specials. Gourmet and locally produced food. Kusmi teas and cheeses from Île aux Grues.
June 23 to September 1, daily, from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. September 2 to June 22, Tuesday to Sunday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
By our fault, we tasted it like 3-4 days after we purchased it. And that was something! I hardly dare imagine coming out of the oven.
