Description

In a few words

The authentic general store, circa 1910 and formerly located in St-Raphaël-de-Bellechasse, provides a glimpse at a bygone era with its multitude of goods and wares. Guides in period costumes will let you sample delicious old-style jams and candies. It is also the perfect place to find local Québec products (over 70 producers), such as jams, pickles, oils, spices, teas, soaps, etc. A wide variety of sweet and salty delights are sold in bulk.

Garden terrace. Packages with entertainment or a rally for groups upon reservation.

Arrêts Gourmands The know-how of our gourmet stops - Le Moule à Sucre: ambassador of Quebec terroir

It was in 2002 that Roberto Di Giulio and Nathalie Niemeyer moved to Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, very close to the water. They set their sights on a large and magnificent old-style barn which then housed a flea market on Avenue de Gaspé. Transformed into a Quebec antique store in 2004, the place already demonstrated the owners' concern for sharing the treasures from here. The antiques have since given way to a wide selection of gourmet artisan products from all regions of Quebec as well as a full floor of art objects and works by regional artists.
