L'Auberge des Glacis is a hidden treasure in the middle of an estate, between the seaway and the mountains. A page in the history of the Côte-du-Sud region is engraved on the stone walls of this old mill (1840). In our cozy dining room, discover the unique flavors of our extensive gourmet menu concocted with 55 local producers from Chaudière-Appalaches. The Chef Olivier Raffestin knows how to blend flavors, with a mixture of boldness and subtlety. Each of his dishes is a true work of art. Let us charm you with one of our 16 rooms with enchanting decor and private bathrooms, and two romantic suites. Each room has wooden beams. Rooms offer antique furniture or furniture made by local artisans, beams and stone walls. Scour our maintained trails in our five acre park, with a small lake to swim in. Browse through the beautiful gardens and trails in the park surrounding the hotel, with swimming lake, a gazebo and Zen garden. Four-season solarium.
