In a few words
For more than 50 years, Maurice Harvey exemplifies women and life through his different sculptures made from wood, marble, granite, limestone and many other stones. We find his sculptures in numerous private collections from Canada to France in the region of Cognac. For example, we can find his sculptures in l'Hôtel l'Oiselière in Montmagny and Lévis, and in the Motel de la Falaise and l'Auberge Blanche-D'Haberville in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli.
These must see items are in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli: the facade of the Caisse Populaire, the interieur of the Post Office, and the sculpture in front of the presbytery.
